When you call our Member Relationship Team at 800.433.7228, you will automatically be enrolled in Voice ID Authentication. Enrollment only takes a few seconds and is optional. To opt out, ask your representative for alternative security options.

If a fraudster attempts to call our representatives pretending to be you, the system will detect inconsistencies and flag the call, triggering additional security protocols. 

Voice ID is a method for verifying your identity, similar to using a PIN or security verification questions. Your voice, just like your fingerprint, is unique to you. Voice ID identifies the unique characteristics of your voice and utilizes that information to verify your identity when speaking with a live representative.

Voice ID is an optional feature, and enrollment is not required.

No, you do not have to enroll in Voice ID. If you choose not to enroll in Voice ID, we will require you to follow a more lengthy security procedure to verify your identity.

Our system adapts to natural changes in your voice, like when you’re sick. It continuously learns and recognizes your unique voice characteristics. If, for any reason, we are unable to identify your voice, we can still verify your identity using alternative security procedures.
