Don’t let the hassle of switching checking or other accounts hold you back. With ClickSWITCH, moving your direct deposit and automatic payments to Piedmont Advantage Credit Union is fast, secure and surprisingly easy. In just a few clicks, you can switch your accounts to Piedmont Advantage to take full advantage of better benefits, fewer fees and the personal service you deserve without the paperwork or headaches. All you have to do is input your direct deposit and bill payment information into the ClickSWITCH secure platform, submit the switch and we take care of the rest!
Two Easy Ways to Start and Track ClickSWITCH
Self-Service
Once you’ve opened your checking or savings account online, your contact and account information will be sent to our ClickSWITCH platform. Within 15 minutes, you’ll receive an email from us with instructions on enrolling in ClickSWITCH to start the switching process of your direct deposits and/or recurring payments.
From this email, you’ll be directed to the ClickSWITCH login page. On your first visit, enter the security code that was sent to your cellphone. If you didn’t enter your cellphone number in the enrollment process, just click on the “Don’t Have a Code” link and follow the instructions.
Staff-Assisted
Once you’ve opened your checking or savings account in the branch or by phone, 800.433.7228, one of our representatives will assist you with enrolling in the ClickSWITCH platform to switch your accounts to Piedmont Advantage.
If you would like to complete this switch process of your direct deposits and/or recurring payments at a later date, we’ll give you a SwitchTRACK Code Form. If you misplace this form, just give us a call, 800.433.7228, or visit your branch to get a new code.
Track Your Switches
You can monitor your switches of direct deposits and/or recurring payments in two ways.
If you provided an email address during ClickSWITCH enrollment and have allowed alert emails, you’ll receive switch updates by email.
If didn’t provide an address, you can log into your ClickSWITCH account and view the switch statuses.

Contact our Member Relationship Team at 800.433.7228 or CallCenterTeam@pacu.com. We’ll enroll you and assist with setting up direct deposit or recurring payments. Afterward, you’ll have access to your ClickSWITCH Dashboard to monitor switches and make any future updates or changes.
Gather recurring payment and direct deposit information to get your switches started. A previous statement is a great source of information on recurring payments and direct deposits tied to an account.
When opening a new PACU checking or savings account, the additional step of submitting a switch typically takes less than 90 seconds. This is a significant savings in time and effort compared to the old-fashioned process of having to contact each party individually.
Switches are processed and sent out within 24 hours of the switch being submitted.
