PACU Hosts Greensboro’s Member Appreciation Day
At Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, we kicked off July by showing how much we value our Greensboro members.
Good food, free goodies and insightful conversations between members, our new Greensboro Branch Manager Sharnell Hairston, PACU President & CEO Dion Williams and COO Sandy Milton filled the day.
A highlight of the day was that members who have been loyal to the branch for years, but maybe have come in person since our move to Battleground Avenue, also got to introduce themselves to Sharnell and voice any questions, concerns or praises they had.
“I am so thankful for our wonderful Greensboro members and appreciate their coming out for the Member Appreciation Day,” Sharnell shared. “Not only could we show our gratitude for their loyalty, but our members also met and spoke with our staff and PACU executives about ways we can better serve their needs.”
In the seven months that Sharnell has been with PACU, her connections with members tell a lot about her passion and embodiment of our purpose: More than Banking. It’s Belonging.
“Our doors hang on welcome hinges for our members and this goes to show that our members feel as though they really do belong here, and this is our goal!” Sharnell said.
