PACU Announces 2025 General Scholarship Recipients

At Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, our members’ academic achievement and advancement should be recognized and rewarded.
PACU General Scholarships, administered through the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation, are for high school seniors and beyond who are ready to take the next step in continuing their education.
“Each year, this is one of my favorite announcements, because behind every scholarship is a story, students with determination, goals and big plans. At PACU, we’re not awarding funds. We’re cheering on futures,” said PACU President & CEO Dion Williams.
PACU averages six to eight $1,000 scholarships to local pursuers of higher education every year.
“Congrats to this year’s recipients. You inspire us, and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you,” Williams added.

Think this scholarship could be the right fit for your child? Scholarship applications open from October 1 to February 1 for the following academic school year.
To qualify, your child (or you) must:
- Be a high school senior or beyond, enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in a university, college, community college, trade school or higher education program in the upcoming year.
- Be a PACU member in good standing.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
