2025 Simply Service Award
Congratulations to Member Experience Advisor Elia Gonzalez on earning our highest annual honor, this year’s Simply Service® Award. She is known for her attention to detail, reliability and unwavering respect for our members and teammates. She greets everyone with an infectious smile and graciousness. Elia’s recognition was presented at this year’s PACU Day, where our teammates gathered for a day dedicated to professional growth and hearing directly from leadership about the state of the credit union. PACU Day is held each year on President’s Day.

Departments of Year: Administration for being highly responsive and overcoming obstacles and eCommerce for their immense problem-solving knowledge.

PACU Foundation’s Difference Maker Award: Member Relationship Team Representative Tajauna McCandies for her extraordinary volunteer efforts, significantly enhancing community awareness and support of the PACU Foundation’s efforts to help residents throughout the Piedmont Triad and Charlotte region overcome financial hardship.
