Piedmont Advantage is seeking an enthusiastic Branch and Community Development Manager (BCDM) to direct our Mooresville operations. The BCDM will focus on creating a one-of-a-kind experience for our member/owners through outside the box thinking. The incumbent will excel at utilizing technology and rapport building skills to deepen and cultivate relationships toward the accomplishment of branch goals and real results. This position will also ensure that the branch conducts their operations with meeting member needs and compliance requirements in mind. The Branch & Community Development Manager will help to grow our brand awareness in the Mooresville market.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the operations of the branches environment are compliant with all internal policies and external Credit Union requirements. Stays abreast of Credit Union trends and industry changes that affect branch operations. Underwrites consumer loans up to the amount assigned per credit union policy; reviews and approves underwriting decisions of subordinate personnel.
  • Uses creativity and community knowledge to create opportunities for branch staff to positively impact the communities we are involved in through outreach. Represents the branches as appropriate in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations(s), suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups.
  • Provides feedback to and collaborates with management team to set lending and deposit growth goals for their branches. Uses powers of influence and creativity to motivate staff to reach and exceed all growth goals. Monitors branch results relative to established objectives and ensures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
  • Responsible for the overall management and development of the employees in their branches. Directs, develops, motivates, hires and disciplines branch personnel; administers performance evaluations and takes appropriate personnel actions.
  • Tracks results of branches and creates reporting for distribution to management team. Attends appropriate management meeting to understand the Mission, Vision, and Core Value for the Credit Union and how that impacts their branches and the communities they supports.
  • Collaborates with peers to develop and share best practice solutions to benefit Credit Union members and ensures the member experience in their branch is positive and consistent with others.

Piedmont Advantage Credit Union seeks to hire an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly engaged Branch Supervisor for our flagship location in Winston-Salem. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs. The incumbent will also explain services, sets up new accounts and loans, respond to problems, as well as supervise branch staff.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Monitors, develops and evaluates branch/department personnel.
  • Assist members with opening new accounts and service existing accounts, answer questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refer problems that are beyond their authority to their manager, along with their recommendations.
  • Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs; identifies cross-sell opportunities; cross-sell services to members obtained from interview when opening new accounts.
  • Underwrites consumer loans up to the amount assigned per Credit Union policy.
  • Champions the credit union's efforts in building partnership with people and business in the communities we serve.
  • Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared including files for Regulation CC and the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Assist with delinquent loan report by contacting members.

This is a Full Time position in our inbound call center.

Piedmont Advantage Credit Union seeks to hire a Digital Marketing Manager that has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution in alignment with our brand, and organizational and marketing goals as well as integrating our member story throughout all digital channels aligning with our brand promise. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with the marketing team, support teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time, on budget to produce expected results. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager develops website marketing and traffic plan, and assists with creating benchmarks to meet goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual digital marketing plan and budget as part of the annual Strategic Marketing Plan. Creates integrated lead generation strategies to grow business and membership. Responsible for management of on time and on budget delivery of plans, accountable for results.
  • Develop and maintain a data dashboard for all email marketing, online, digital and social community interaction, along with paid search, and SEO for analysis of data, promotions, campaigns to share with management at least monthly. Provide recommendations when necessary to the marketing manager to improve results. Generate reports on campaign performance and results, website data, and other information as needed.
  • Responsible for developing review process and accountability for responding to all social media posts and online reviews (through CUBrand Monitor) to manage reputation risk and enhance brand. Monitoring will include but is not limited to Google, FB, Instagram, LI, BBB.com, pacu.com, Glassdoor, Foursquare, Expresit, Alignable - as outlined in the review process.
  • Conduct keyword research, including cataloging and indexing target keyword phrases, to be used with online advertising. Understands and applies SEM, combined with deep level content research, to enhance value to members, and to potential members through SEO.
  • Maintains and enhances content library in alignment with our brand message and vision of enhancing the lives of our members. Manages subject matter expert in-house resources for content and testimonials.
  • Maintains photo library storage of staff, member and credit union photos and assets for use across all digital channels. Establishes channels for staff and members to contribute photos.

The teller will work in cooperation with the front line staff to assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.

  • Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.

Piedmont Advantage Credit Union seeks to hire an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly engaged QA & Compliance Specialist in our fast-paced Credit Union in Winston-Salem, NC. The QA & Compliance Specialist works as part of the Quality Assurance team to create process improvement and efficiency gains throughout the Credit Union with a high focus on BSA management, monitoring and reporting, branch operations, resource creation and maintenance, as well as strategic projects. The QA & Compliance Specialist will act as a lead in answering questions about Quality Assurance and Compliance processes and routine department matters. All QA & Compliance Specialists will review documents, data, processes, forms, etc. for potential improvements that will increase the level of members service throughout our member-facing areas.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the owner of BSA program management - to include, but not limited to, AML Manager, CTR & SIR filings, account investigations, 314(a) FinCEN Management, and annual risk assessment. 
  • Using strict attention to detail, performs loan and new member and BSA quality assurance reviews, prepares reporting and communicates results. Exhibits strong follow through skills to ensure departments and individuals are being held accountable to improve upon errors.
  • Form Coordination - coordinates the process of routing new or updated forms from the business owner to imaging to uploading to the core. Through this process the QA & Compliance Specialist II will look for opportunities to improve our forms and make recommendations to management accordingly.
  • Compliance research & reporting- utilizes industry and Credit Union specific knowledge to research and provide resource support on compliance issues for functional managers.
  • UDAP reviews - Unfair and deceptive acts review of all new products or services with strict attention to detail.
  • Promptly administers the process for all failed OFAC reviews (to include wires and all other reviews)
  • Audit and Exam support - utilizes strict confidentiality when compiling requested documents both prior to and during audit and exam process. Responsible for ensuring the requested information is returned to its proper location when complete.
  • Subpoena reviews - uses sound judgment skills to manage the subpoena process, reviewing all subpoenas and completing a legal review prior to providing the requested documents.
  • Acts as a resource to member facing staff by answering procedural and process questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with staff learning as a subject matter expert

Performance Measurements:
