Piedmont Advantage Credit Union is seeking an energetic Member Service Representative to work in our fast-paced Call Center in Winston-Salem, NC. The Member Service Representative will assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs; explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems, and directing members to the appropriate contacts within the Credit Union. This is a Full Time position in our inbound call center.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve.
  • Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
  • Maintains member account information on computer system.
  • Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
  • Acts as liaison between members and various organizations and departments.

Piedmont Advantage Credit Union seeks to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist that has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and is able to aid and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution in alignment with our brand, and organizational and marketing goals as well as integrating our member story throughout all digital channels aligning with our brand promise. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team, support teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time, consistent, relevant, and on budget to produce expected results. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist develops website marketing and traffic plan, and assists with creating benchmarks to meet goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Propose, recommend, execute and measure strategies to maximize the credit union's digital/social media presence, revenue, brand, reputation, and to serve our target audience.
  • Monitor web traffic using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of current marketing programs and website design changes; create reports detailing the findings and adjust strategies accordingly.

Piedmont Advantage is seeking an energetic and engaged person to join the E-Commerce department in our fast-paced Credit Union in Winston-Salem, NC. The incumbent will provide direct support for our branches, call center and members for all credit, debit, gift and prepaid card portfolios. Card Services requires knowledge of all card processing to include BINs (Batch Identification Numbers), pre-authorizations, signature, PIN, and online purchases. Attention to detail and comprehensive reviews of reports is required. Data breaches and fraudulent transactions as well as a thorough knowledge of Regulation E as it relates to disputed EFT transactions is a must. This role is also responsible for performing all sharedraft, payroll and allocations functions in such a manner that member service expectations are not only met, but exceeded. This role will be required to work in a fast paced team environment where multi-tasking is a must.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support staff with member related questions in order to provide quality products and services through prompt resolution which enhances the lives of our member/owners.
  • Maintain confidentiality, regulatory compliance, security, and procedural adherence in order to provide safety and soundness to operations to the credit union.
  • Pull and review all Co-Op reports for reissued cards, new cards and PINs, and fraud.
  • Process Visa cash advance fees, EFT disputes and lockbox files.
  • Review and process residual FIS adjustments as well as all debit and credit card exceptions.
  • Monitor ATM cards and inquiries, corporate cards and corresponding payments, and merchant breaches with corresponding impact on card portfolios.
  • Maintain card inventory for prepaid cards and gift cards.

The MEA will be responsible for conveying a sense of welcome to our member-owners and facilitate an experience where member-owners are empowered through education to make sound financial decisions. This position will require that all incumbents know our entire deposit and lending operation thoroughly in order to give the high level of service that our members deserve.   • Facilitate the delivery of efficient, accurate and professional service of all financial products and services that defines excellent member experience. This will include accurately processing deposit transactions, creating out of the box solutions for member loan requests and opening accounts in an accurate and timely manner. Piedmont Advantage Credit Union seeks to hire an energetic, enthusiastic, and engaged Report Writer. The Report Writer will provide SQL server, core processing and ancillary application support and development for the Credit Union in a way that will allow us to capitalize on all that our system has to offer. This position will work as part of a cross-functional team to develop/modernize interdepartmental processes through changes in SQL server, core and ancillary systems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the execution of credit union-wide management reporting which includes writing queries, functions, stored procedures and automation configuration to ensure delivery of reporting meets the requirements of the business areas, and produces timely and efficient reports, fully utilizing the power of the core and other resources.
  • Act as an expert to all areas of the credit union in the development of core system solutions and ancillary applications, maintaining the system, growing and enhancing the system to ensure full use of the potential the system can provide management toward improving and growing the credit union. Provide recommendations to business owners as a support partner.
  • Design, create and maintain database objects and troubleshoot SQL Server, database, production and non-production environment issues and errors.
  • Perform data management and clean-up which includes performance tuning of queries and other database objects.
  • Participate in projects which support strategic plans as it relates to the core processor and ancillary applications.
  • Assist with system upgrades, training and process changes as they relate to the core processor.
  • Assist with escalated operational, technical and user support relating to reporting and our core processor or as needed for general requests.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a development / programming role. Prior financial services experience is a plus.

The Full-Time Teller is responsible and accountable for the member experience as it pertains to all aspects of teller operations within the branch while ensuring that each member contact is performed in a timely, consistent, accurate and courteous manner.   • Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; and sells money orders to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
