Piedmont Advantage is seeking an enthusiastic Branch and Community Development Manager (BCDM) to direct our Mooresville operations. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs.   • Monitors, develops and evaluates branch/department personnel.

Piedmont Advantage Credit Union seeks to hire a Digital Marketing Manager that has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution in alignment with our brand, and organizational and marketing goals as well as integrating our member story throughout all digital channels aligning with our brand promise. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with the marketing team, support teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time, on budget to produce expected results. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager develops website marketing and traffic plan, and assists with creating benchmarks to meet goals.

The incumbent will perform accounting duties of moderate complexity in accordance with standard procedures and under moderate supervision.

  • Collects bills for all locations, date stamps and codes them to the proper vendor and general ledger accounts and forwards to manager for review and payment approval. The Marketing Manager's role is to enhance and protect the Piedmont Advantage brand position. The part-time teller will work in cooperation with the front line staff to assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.

  • Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
  • Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records.
  • Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
  • Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
  • Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
