COVID-19 Update #3 from our President/CEO Dion Williams
In a follow-up to yesterday’s communication, I want to share additional information with you about your credit union:
- For the most up-to-date information on how we are protecting our members and staff, please explore our website with dedicated COVID-19 information at www.pacu.com/covid-19. Please utilize this resource and feel free to share it with other members. Our goal is to keep our members informed.
- Our branch locations remain open for now. We are limiting the number of members in the lobby at one time. For loan applications, loan closings, and new accounts, please call us at 1-800-433-7228 or email us at CallCenterTeam@pacu.com to make an appointment. Using our available drive-thru services is also an excellent alternative to keep you and our staff healthy.
- If you are experiencing financial difficulties resulting from COVID-19, we are here to help. Please reach out via email (CallCenterTeam@pacu.com) or by phone (1-800-433-7228) using Option 4 (Lending) for a new loan or Option 6 (Collections) if you need help with an existing loan.
- Saturday hours at our Boyer Street location (Charlotte) and our Advantage Way location (Winston-Salem) are being suspended until further notice, beginning this Saturday, March 21st.
We are working hard to keep our branches open for your needs. In addition to health care needs and having food and supplies, we know you will continue to need access to financial services. Remember that ATMs for cash access, Advantage Access Online banking (for transactions and payments) and our Advantage Mobile App (for check deposits, transactions and payments) are excellent service delivery options that complement the branch network and ensure you’re avoiding unnecessary crowds.
We are thinking locally and will maintain the flexibility to operate differently in each of our markets when or if the situation warrants. We will continue to communicate directly with you in what is a very fluid situation.
