North Carolina continues to be impacted by the global spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). I want to assure you that Piedmont Advantage Credit Union will continue operations and is here to serve your financial needs. During this rapidly evolving situation, our main priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our staff and member-owners. 

Currently, our branches, member relationship team (call center), and remote channels remain open to serve you. We have a business continuity plan in place that includes pandemic planning. 

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the many service delivery channel options available in addition to our branch network.  

  • Use Advantage Access to log-in to online banking and the Advantage Access Mobile App to check balances, make payments, transfer funds, or deposit checks. If you haven't registered yet, we encourage you to create your account today. 
  • Our extensive shared branch nationwide network provides access to your credit union if you are traveling outside PACU’s branch network.
  • Our Member Relationship Team is ready to assist you should you need to talk with a trusted staff member. Call us at 1-800-433-7228.
  • Your credit union offers instant issue debit and credit cards if you prefer plastic as a more sanitary alternative to cash. 

Rest assured that we have taken the necessary steps to serve you safely and securely. In addition to meeting your in-branch, online, and mobile banking needs, PACU is well prepared to serve you. We have enhanced cleaning at all locations and added hand sanitizing stations to every location for the benefit of staff and members.
