Employee Appreciation Day Through the Decades

At Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, teamwork isn’t just something we talk about. It’s what sets us apart. Our employees collaborate, support each other and go the extra mile for our members better than anywhere else. That’s why Employee Appreciation Day is all about celebrating them.

This year, on Friday, March 7, we turned back the clock with a “Through the Decades” celebration! From the groovy vibes of the ’60s and '70s to the neon energy of the '80s and ’90s, departments and branches dressed the part, embracing each era's unique fashion, music and fun.

It was a day filled with laughter, camaraderie and a reminder of what makes our team special: our ability to work together seamlessly, lift each other up and create an experience where our members feel welcomed, valued, and supported.

Headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and founded in 1949 within the aviation industry, Piedmont Advantage Credit Union (PACU) serves member-owners, who reside, work, worship, attend school or operate a business in one of the six counties it serves in North Carolina or who are employed by one of its many employer companies. These six counties are Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Iredell, Mecklenburg and Rockingham.
