Q: Will my member and account number change?
A: Your Member Number and your Checking Account Number(s) will change on March 1, 2020. You’ll receive your new information in separate mailings.
Q: What will be my new routing number?
A: Beginning March 1, 2020, your Routing Number for your new checking account will change to 253177861.
Q: Will I have access to my old online accounts to retrieve pictures of checks after March 1, 2020?
A: You will not have access to your old online accounts after March 1, 2020. However, should you need a copy/pictures of any statement or checks, we will be able to fill those requests. You may print out checks and statements while you still have access to your current online accounts.
Q: When can I activate my new PACU debit card?
A: Your PACU card(s) will be available for use March 1, 2020, but not before. However, please activate your new debit/check card when you receive it, prior to March 1, 2020, so there will be no interruption to you during the transfer of service.
Q: Will I have to have all my scheduled drafts set up again or will they transfer over?
A: All scheduled or recurring ACH/Electronic transactions that you currently have or is set-up prior to March 1, 2020, will need to be set-up again, using your PACU information.
Q: How will I make a payment on my loan(s)?
A: For your convenience after March 1, 2020, your loan payments can be made at a branch, through the mobile app, online banking, or US mail. Loan payments can be mailed to:
